Colorful Beings

I am a guy, and I love my guy best friend. What should I do? I don’t wanna go to hell and do some shit there.

I guess this is the most prominent (and most widely accepted) sexual orientation. Well, they seem to be the most colorful among all sexual orientations.

In the Philippines, a male homosexual is named as bakla, baklush, bayot, fairy¸gay, and among others, while a female homosexual is commonly referred to as tomboy, tibo, lesbian, etc.  They are said to be taboo because of their norms, and the society does not really understand why they existed. Some say that it is because of some genetic factors, while others pushed that it is because of some environmental factors. Seriously, no one really knows why.

Some say that they are the reasons of the disasters that are presently happening nowadays because God punishes them for their misconducts. However, some consider them as Gods as well. In India, the third gender, gays to be particular, are respected because they are said to be the counterpart of the Indian God Vishnu when he has gone to the earth before. In relation to this, these people are treated with good conduct. They are said to cure some known diseases because of this relationship with Vishnu. On the contrary, in reality, the LGBT community still feels the prevailing discrimination from the society. This is widely known in the cases of bullying, human trafficking, and racial insults and among others. One big example for this is the statistics regarding to suicide in India. Every 90 seconds, a person, or an LGBT in particular, attempts suicide.

They suffer most of the consequences that the other member’s wrongdoings have done. They tend to feel that they are alone. They stereotyped as sex-whores. They just live for sex. They are the banks of boys who do not have any money.

Let us always remember that they are also people. Try to imagine that there are no homosexuals, and you will realize that the world will not always be as it is right now.
